Terms
- Rates:
- Artists may be booked by the hour, half day or day.
- Work day:
- Hourly – 1 hour minimum
- 1/2 day – 4-5 hrs
- Full day – 6-8 hrs
- Overtime – beyond 8 consecutive hrs up to 10hrs billed at $150 per hour
- Beyond 10 consecutive hrs billed at $175 per hour (Call for production rate discounts)
- Holiday Rates – Time and a half will be charged, unless arrangements have been made in advance. (Please call for details)
- Preparation Time:
- Preparation time is considered working rate and will be included in the amount of time you book an artist.
- Travel Rates:
- Travel rates are charged when travel over 25 miles is requested. (Call for rates)
- Out of town rates are available. (Call for rates)
- Cancellation Fees: (including Weather Permit)
- A same day cancellation or less than 24 hours cancellation will be charged at full fee. Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will be charged as a half fee.
- Artist Renderings:
- After Artist / Artist’s are booked and deposit is received, 2 renderings are complementary.
- Additional renderings billed at $25.00 each
- Balances:
- For Production and Inc./LLC clients, Platinum bills a Net 10 unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Kit Fees:
- For larger projects, kit fees apply please call for details.
- Releases:
- Individuals receiving Platinum’s Makeup/hair services will be required to sign a brief release form prior to application provided and managed by Platinum artists.
